Magic Gate

Magic Gate will automatically open the gate for you when you approach the gate. It is intended for roads/garage gate systems which are opened using phone dial. The application runs in the background and probes your location using cellular network. When getting close to the gate (1 KM) it’ll switch to use GPS to get your fine location. When getting to the configured distance, it’ll call the gate number for you.

This is convenient for car drivers who needs to dial the gate while driving in order to open it. Note that the application will work only when you’re approaching the gate from far-enough distance (~2 KM) since it is not constantly uses the GPS receiver (for longer battery life). You can configure multiple gates and see the distance from each gate at any time. When configuring the gate, you can either be at the gate’s location to get your exact fix, or use the map to place the gate on it.

Magic Gate automatisch de poort te openen voor u wanneer u de poort te benaderen. Het is bedoeld voor wegen / garagepoort systemen die worden geopend met behulp van telefoonlijn. De applicatie draait op de achtergrond en peilt naar uw locatie met behulp van mobiele netwerk. Bij het krijgen van dicht bij de poort (1 km), het zal overschakelen naar de GPS te gebruiken om uw fijne locatie te krijgen. Bij het krijgen van de geconfigureerde afstand, zal het de poort nummer te bellen voor u.

Dit is handig voor automobilisten die behoefte heeft om de poort te bellen tijdens het rijden, om het te openen. Merk op dat de applicatie werkt alleen als je het naderen van de poort uit verre genoeg afstand (~ 2 km), omdat het niet constant gebruikt de GPS-ontvanger (voor een langere levensduur van de batterij). U kunt meerdere poorten configureren en zie de afstand van elke poort op elk moment. Bij het configureren van de poort, kunt u ofwel op de locatie van de poort om uw exacte fix te krijgen, of gebruik de kaart om de poort te plaatsen op het.
